Besides cabbage dumplings, I made a roll of taro cake which is my top list of desserts I have made. I haven't made any desserts since kids chose to homeschool.
Occupied with plenty of trivial matters on teaching and learning, I have very much less time and, most of all, less energy to distract myself from homeschooling. If it were not to satisfy the sugary appetite of my husband, I would prefer reading books or taking a nap.
