In my family, kids and adults alike, we are all chocolate lovers, but it's a little pity that seldom do we eat chocolate toast, for the chocolate bread displayed in the bakeries are hard to satisfy our stomach that is suitable for more natural food.

   

    Not only do they taste like there is something artificial inside, like emulsifier, but also we couldn't really get a real chocolate flavor of the chocolate bread, let alone the quality of chocolate.

 

    Therefore, to meet my young daughter Peggy's expectation, to satisfy the eager-for-sweets tongue of whole family, and for our health, it would be a good choice for me to bake a home-made chocolate toast. And you know what, to our surprise, my first chocolate toast is such a big success that it has become a main course on our breakfast table several days in a row.
